Sheila offers holistic modalities for pets and people in person or via distance. Her area of expertise is energetic and vibrational balancing. She works with your energy by positively manipulating it and stimulating its natural healing ability in order to assist in the creation of balance, peace and harmony within. Sheila has more than two decades of experience and training. Her abilities are largely natural therefore her work is done mainly by intuition.

The Vibroacoustic Bed
The vibroacoustic bed is a luxury foam bed that vibrates to specific tones of music in order to induce relaxation and balance within the body. Headphones are placed over your ears, and your eyes are covered, as you enjoy the relaxing and calming effects the bed provides. If you have been feeling off, out of sorts, or overwhelmed then this is an ideal therapy for you.

Distance Energy Sessions For Pets
Distance energy work is done in half hour sessions using a photo. Sessions are completed in two increments. Sheila believes that in order to influence the energy field she must work in two layers. First is an opening and balancing and the second is a deeper transition of energy. This is done so as to not overwhelm the body. A transcript of the first healing will be provided via email. Your feedback on any improvements/changes in your pet is preferred within two to three days of the initial session. Sheila will then do the follow up session and notify you of its completion.

Distance energy work for people is done using Reiki, Intuitive Body Scanning, Holistic Laser Block Removal and various other vibration based modalities. Sessions are done according to your own physical and emotional requirements. Sheila works to understand the imbalances of your body to assist in the creation of homeostasis and peace with in you.
Our bodies hold emotional trauma and core belief blocks based on experience through this lifetime (and sometimes as a carrier forward from a past life experience). Sheila identifies these "blocks" and works to eliminate them with the permission of your higher self.
Her focus is on gently guiding the body back to balance; therefore, often more than one session is required. The number of sessions needed depends on the individual. Focus is placed on ensuring your transition is gentle and does not induce energetic shock.
*energetic shock can occur when the body is placed into a healing mode that is too quick and invasive for the individual.
Cost is $113.00 (HST incl.) per session

In-Person Reiki - For Pets
There is much more to Reiki then meets the eye. Animals are so in tune and so sensitive that they are able to pick up the energies of Reiki far easier then we humans do. They transmute and process the energy much quicker.
Sheila works with animals individually to make sure that she does not overwhelm them, but helps to balance their energy in accordance with their specific body needs. An average animal Reiki session is 15 to 30 min. long.

This means that she may use Reiki for a short time, then holistic laser along with vibrational essences etc. For pets; sessions are billed per time frame, not by modality.

Intuitive Reiki For People
Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a form of hands on and hands above the body energy transference. It is more highly recognized than ever before as an effective way of assisting the body in achieving energetic balance (homeostasis).
During a session, the client lays on a massage table while remaining fully clothed. Sheila works through her inner knowing and guidance to place her hands where your body needs energy to be added, removed or altered.
She gently moves through the session providing your body with what is required in order for you to reach your perfect balanced state at that moment in time. Each session and every individual's experiences will differ depending on their requirements, life lessons, physical being and journey.

Reflexology
Reflexology is done by applying specific pressure techniques (similar to massage and acupressure) on the feet or hands. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands stimulating a physical change in the body. There are over 70 points that are focused on during a one hour session. Clients often express a sensation of feeling like they are walking on pillows at the completion of the session.
Sound Therapy
Sheila uses tuning forks, a chakra balancer, Tibetan bells, and a singing bowel as tools within the sound therapy session. Just like a piano, your body can be tuned through vibrational sound frequency. When the tones are emitted they create a vibrational resonance that stimulates and alters your auric field. This instantly altering your cells and gently moves your being into harmonic balance.
Crystal Healing (Laying On Of Stones)
A variety of semi precious stones and crystals are placed on and around the body during this non-invasive relaxing session. All stones/crystals emit specific energetic frequencies that are unique to that stone/crystal. When the stone/crystal is placed into one’s auric field our energy begins to alter to the vibrational frequency of that stone/crystal. The crystals are selected and place on and around the body through intuitive guidance. Once the crystals are in place reiki or sound therapy may also be used to enhance the positive influential properties of the crystals. In laying on of stones, one enjoys a serene and gentle shift that results in peace and balance in the body.
Chakra Balancing
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or disk. These energy centres are found within the body beginning at the root (tail bone) and running along the spine up to the top of the head (the crown). In the holistic field it is believed that these energy centres are the support system of our entire energetic being. Emotional impacts, disturbances and trauma can alter the balance of these centres by increasing or decreasing the amount of their light energy/vibration. A chakra balancing is completed on a massage table while you remain fully clothed. The focus is on restoring balance to these centres. Sessions vary depending on the energetic blocks that are found during the energy evaluation at the beginning of the session. Focus is placed on balancing the centre to the level that your body will comfortably accept and in light of what is in the best and highest good of your being.
Pendulum Clearing And Restabilising
Sheila uses a special copper pendulum configured into a shape that is specifically designed to move energy with clearing and balancing as its focus. The pendulum is placed over the body and allowed to move as needed. Sheila channels the energy of your higher self, guides and angels to assist in realignment and restoration of your energetic body.
