The path to full energetic coherence
Inner Union is a 13 week course that takes you on an interactive journey of discovering yourself in a unique and profound way. We will walk through the ying and yang of the duality that is your ego-self and your soul-self and then focus on understanding how to merge the two, creating a unified wholeness within.
Across three months, you’ll explore the ego’s origins and triggers, the soul’s intuition and presence, and the powerful coherence that emerges when these parts finally collaborate instead of clash. Each weekly session includes teachings, guided practices, and gentle integration exercises designed to shift your inner system from fragmentation to alignment.
The course is broken down as follows:
Week 1: Course Introduction and Discovery
Weeks 2 – 5: Deep dive into uncovering the EGO side of yourself.
Weeks 6 - 9: Deep dive into uncovering the SOUL side of yourself.
Weeks 10 – 13: Melding the EGO and the SOUL in perfect harmonic coherence.
